Time revolves, and on and on we go
From one life of happiness, or so we say, to another life we pray
Moving on, we take each day as it is, with much delay
Not asking for much, just to get by the moment
With each situation I have no comment
Take it with pride as I realize each time a moment dies
Prayer helps and we believe what we are told
Too fast to trust... well, where do the chances go, how do we know?
Too many heartbreaks in a row
As I walk out the door I won't look back
For time is my future with no damage in the track
God leads me there, along with my heart 
One day soon I'll have a new start
My mind is at ease, but my heart feels so much pain
My emotions, they are drained
Time takes and gives but never stays 
Oh, how sad are the stories of my yesterdays.
