Open Your Eyes
by Thomas Craig Wright

Here we go in love once more.
We messed up
When we shut the door.
Our love though strong
was once hidden from sight.
Try as we did, with all our might.
We just didn't talk as you know we should.
We just didn't try as hard as we could.
But now is the time to make amends;
Now is the time to become true friends.
So from this day forward,
I do solemnly swear
to show you my love,
to show you I care.
You'll never have to wonder
just where my love will land,
If you'll open up and look
in the palm of my hand.
And maybe sneak a peek
inside of my heart,
because that's where I keep
the biggest part.
