Rememberence
by Talya Shire Stebbins

The rememberance of our time together
is slowly fading from my feeble mind.

Time has taken its tole and turned our love
into memories that have been left so far behind.

You've now moved on and left me searching
helplessly in the dust.

And every time I look deep into your heavenly blue eyes,
for your caring heart I again begin to lust.

I feel I've lost and can no longer find you and yet
you're standing right in front of me.

Well, now your "endless" love for me is over and that is what
I refuse to open my eyes to see.
