Being in Love
by Charrise Lanee' Lewis

It's like a kiss over each eyelid that runs through your body.
And you are light and you are free, but these kisses, they make you blind.
Being in love is like looking at a picture
that takes you to a place in your mind full with pure indistinct pleasure,
pleasure that brings a smile to your face and tears to your eyes.
And all at once you become ablaze with emotion.
Being in love is like that one song that caresses your soul;
that one song that when heard from another room with the sound distorted,
you still know it verbatim;
that one song that when heard makes everything come to a halt.
Because the music flows in you and out of you,
and all around you, teasing and taunting you, coming so close but yet so far.
Being in love is all good, all evil, all that is light, and all that is dark.
Being in love is like nothing ever felt before.
