Star
by Akasha  Wolf

The faintest star was glistening last night,
As the New Moon hid in the shadows of the sky.
The wind, carelessly played with the trees,
And not one aspect of nature was shy.

One of the faintest stars in the sky
Was fading in and out that night.
Her beauty yearned to be seen as she shined,
She became yours and you held her tight.

She began to shine bright for you,
As you gave her the love she desired.
The way you became one with her
Set her heart and soul on fire.
