I Will Always Remember
by Amber Rose Lyall

The way he made me laugh, the way he made me cry,
All the gooey words he said, that made a mush of me inside.

The way he always made me feel, my long for his embrace.
How he spoke so softly in my ear, and made my soft heart race.

But then one day he left me, but not in the way you think.
His family moved, and so did he, to the busy New York City.

Days went by or maybe years? I guess I have lost count.
For eventually I woke up, with no more tear to spout.

But I will never forget him; I just can?t let him go.
My love will always be so strong, for him, my loving Joe.
