Another Woman
by Tiffany Ophelia Connor

I went to town the other day
And I saw you in your pickup truck
You were with another woman.

I asked you if you loved me
and you said, "Till all time."
I asked you if you loved her
and you said, "Forever."

I saw you the other day in a supermarket
You were all so close and lovey-dovey
You were whipering sweet nothings in her ear.

I told you to pack up and leave
and you said, "My pleasure."
But I didn't know how hard it was.

Till I went to town
and I saw you in your pickup truck
You were with another woman.

I stopped you and asked if you still loved me
and you said, "Till all time."
I asked you if you loved her
and you said, "Forever."
