I was blind,
  but now I see.
I see what you wanted,
  and how you treated me.

You said you cared,
but of course that was a lie.
For all you did,
  was make me cry.

A thousand tears,
  I shed for you.
Why? I don't know,
  for you weren't worth two.

I gave you my all,
  I gave you my trust.
But to you our relationship,
  was nothing but lust.

Why did I act as if you mattered,
for you never treated me right.
I believed you were my everything,
for us I was willing to fight.

You never had feelings,
  or even cared for me.
Now I know why,
  now I can clearly see.

I see I was your second choice,
  but I will never be...
A second choice to someone else,
I will find someone who loves me.
